Understanding Hypnosis

During hypnosis your mind is in a state of focused attention and your subconscious is more open to accepting positive, transformative messages that can help change unwanted behaviours and thoughts. 

You cannot be hypnotised against your will or made to do anything you don’t want to.

Although you are not asleep during hypnosis, you do feel deeply relaxed whilst remaining in control the whole time.  It is often likened to daydreaming or being totally engrossed in a book.
